"The advantages of TPO (Third Party Ownership), and BSE’s (Brobeck Solar Energy) model in particular, include: maximization of roof space for PV systems, decreased maintenance burden for the property owner, diminished complexity of net metering and multiple inverters, affordability for the property owner, avoidance of TOU metering impacting existing rates, and creation of energy efficiency benefits for the property owner and tenants (which is one of the key objectives of SB 1)."
